| Лицензия | This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is a legal contract between you (the licensee, Blocket AB) and NM type (Noel Pretorius and Mara Ramos Silva). It is applicable to the Font Software that accompanies this document (Blocket Display 1.0). By downloading, installing and/or using this Font Software, you acknowledge that you understand this agreement and accept its terms. It is important to mention that ÒFont SoftwareÓ refers here to the software that generates the fonts but also to the design of the typeface (Typeface Design). 1. Licence and usage rights 1.1. Number of users There is no limit for the number of users of this Font Software, but this must be used only for promotion and/or communication of the company Blocket AB. You have the right to install and use the Font Software on computers or other electronic devices within your organisation. By giving access to this Font Software to other users who may be included in this licence, you confirm that they also agree to the terms of this EULA. The number of output devices (printers) is not restricted. 1.2. Embedding For the purpose of providing documents to printers or other suppliers for reproduction, you can embed the font software in PDF documents. These PDF documents for reproduction can only allow for the viewing and printing of text. They must be non-editable. In order to provide the correct rendering of text on reading devices, e-book embedding is also allowed. You can create and share rasterised representations of the Font Software in bitmap file formats (e.g. gif, png or jpg). 1.3. Type of licence A Ð Desktop licence You may install and use the Font Software on computing devices. You can use the Font Software for professional projects, web images, PDF embedding and e-book embedding. B Ð Web licence You may use the Font Software for web embedding in one or several sites owned by the company Blocket AB. C Ð App licence You may use the Font Software for app embedding. D Ð Broadcasting licence You may use the Font Software for audiovisual material to be shown on TV channels or cinemas. Internet broadcasting is also allowed. 2. Copyright The Font Software is intellectual property of and is owned by Noel Pretorius and Mara Ramos Silva (NM type). All the rights are reserved to them. You do not gain the ownership of this Font Software under this EULA. If you use the Font Software in a project that includes design credits, you should also include the name of the Font Software (Blocket Display) and the name of the authors (Noel Pretorius and Mara Ramos, which can be abbreviated as ÒNM typeÓ). 3. Distribution and modification You are not allowed to give, rent or lease the Font Software or parts of it to a third party. Distribution, loan, sell, or sub-licence of the Font Software is prohibited. You are also responsible to prevent the unauthorised use and distribution of the Font Software. You shall not transfer any of your rights, duties and obligations under this EULA to any person or entity. The Font Software may not be copied or duplicated in any form except for backup purposes. You are not allowed to modify, adapt, decompile or alter the Font Software. Any modification of the Font Software, including conversion into other formats, requires written consent of NM type. If you infringe this prohibition, all the rights over the modified version of the Font Software will belong to NM type. 4. Updating and upgrading NM type is not obligated to provide updates of the Font Software. If the Font Software is updated in any way, this may be subject of a new licence. You can upgrade your licence for a larger use or to a more complete typeface family at any time. For more information about your specific request please contact NM type providing your current licence details. 5. Warranties If you do experience any difficulties with the Font Software, you can contact NM type so they can try to solve the issues. This Font Software includes a 30-day warranty for any possible defect in the font files according with the documentation. To make a warranty claim, you have to return the defective Font Software within 30 days counting from the date of this licence. Defective Font Software will be replaced by a non-defective version within 30 days from the warranty claim notification. NM type cannot warrant the performance or results obtained by using this Font Software. NM type does not warrant that the operation of the Font Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Font Software is without defects. NM type will not be liable for any damages, claims or costs arising out of any use, or inability of use, of this Font Software. 6. Termination This licence includes perpetual exclusive rights of use of the Font Software. If you breach any term of this EULA, your licence and rights of use of the Font Software will be immediately invalidated. In the event of termination you must delete the Font Software and any copy of it you may have. 7. Final provisions All rights not granted in this document to you are reserved to Noel Pretorius and Mara Ramos Silva. This contract is subject to the laws of Sweden and Spain.
